I have been harnessing the power of creativity and the explorer mindset for years.

By embracing the 4 C’s and learning how to play to my strengths, I was able to

  • get my PhD in Space Physics and land a dream job working on a NASA space mission.

  • partake in many incredible explorations in the mountains as an alpine rock/ice climber and skier.

  • find joy in my life and adapt/regain the ability to climb, ski, and work after developing a form of Long Covid that significantly impaired my motor and cognitive function.

My approach:

My approach is custom-tailored to the client and the process unfolds according to what is most in alignment with YOU.

We will explore practices of uninhibited:

  • Curiosity

  • Imagination

  • Play

  • Adventure

  • Connection

These practices are proven to be very effective in igniting habitual creative thinking, pushing past fear to initiate courageous action, and helping you learn how to build powerful and meaningful connections.

Then we will apply this exploratory mindset to discovering your brilliance, your desires, creating your vision, and taking action to bring it to life.

I have a very hands-on, trial-and-error approach because I want to make sure you get the support you need to develop the ‘muscles’, habits, and tools that will be most successful in helping YOU get the most out of our coaching and be able to apply it in your life for years to come.

I have found that nature often brings out the best in us and helps us get in touch with our most pure, free, and creative selves. I often take my clients out into the outdoors to engage their senses and spark their curiosity/creativity (for in-person coaching) or encourage them to do it on their own, as long as it is in alignment for them.

In general, I believe in LIVING and EXPERIENCING. In a world where so much information is being given to us, it can be hard to actually embody what we consume. I am here by your side to explore and get messy with you, not just throw information at you!

I have devoted much of my life to play and activities in nature and have been reaping the benefits of the great outdoors for years. This approach has been transformational for me in finding my own love for life during my most trying times, including my personal experiences with debilitating mental and physical health challenges.

A big part of my approach is to relate to you, feel for you, appreciate you, offer you compassion, love, trust and a safe space for you to be YOU. I am 100% in your corner and committed to helping you live the life you’ve imagined for yourself, from the bottom of my heart. I’ve lived it myself and will give you nothing short of everything I have needed and desired in my own exploratory process.
